Overview

By visiting our site and purchasing from Kingdom Throttle, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing our website or placing an order.

1. Products & Made-to-Order Fulfillment

All apparel and gear sold on Kingdom Throttle are custom-crafted and printed on demand through our production partners. Because items are printed individually upon order placement:

  • Colors and print placement may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and digital rendering.

  • Sizing charts are provided on every product page. It is the customer's responsibility to review these charts before ordering.

2. Shipping & Regional Restrictions

We offer free shipping worldwide on all authorized orders.

  • Exclusionary Zones: Kingdom Throttle does not ship to the United Kingdom (UK) or the European Union (EU). We reserve the right to immediately cancel and fully refund any orders placed with a shipping address inside these regions.

3. Order Accuracy & Address Policy

By completing a purchase, you confirm that all shipping and billing information provided is 100% accurate and complete.

  • Because our order processing is automated, addresses cannot be altered once production begins.

  • Kingdom Throttle is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to sender or lost due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a reprint and reshipment.

4. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final and are strictly subject to our established Refund Policy.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Because items are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or wrong color selected.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to our support team within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a free replacement or a full refund, the customer must provide clear photo evidence of the printing error or physical damage.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Kingdom Throttle reserves the right to update product pricing, modify discounts, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All original designs, logos, artwork, text, graphics, and motivational content displayed on this website are the sole intellectual property of Kingdom Throttle. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kingdom Throttle, our directors, officers, employees, or print partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our website or any products procured through our store.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website.
