Kingdom Throttle Return & Refund Policy

At Kingdom Throttle, we create apparel and gear centered around motivation, faith, and car culture. Because our products are custom-printed just for you, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Made-to-Order Policy: Every single item in our store is custom-printed only when an order is placed. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, wrong color, or simply change your mind.

Please make sure to review our detailed sizing charts on the product pages carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

Please note: We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom or European Union.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item or design was sent, we want to make it right immediately!

You do not even need to mail the item back to us. We will issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund under our print partner's quality guidelines.

How to request a replacement or refund:

Send an email to shop.kingdomthrottle@gmail.com within 30 days of your package being delivered.
Include your Order Number and the name of the affected product.
Attach a clear photo showing the issue (the print defect, the physical damage, or the size tag if the wrong size was sent).

Once our team verifies the photo proof, we will immediately initiate a free reprint or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Lost Packages & Shipping Issues

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit and goes well past its estimated delivery date, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery window so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of a reprint and reshipment.
