At Kingdom Throttle, every single piece of gear is custom-crafted on demand just for you. Because we don't carry mass-produced inventory, our fulfillment process includes both processing time and shipping time.
1. Processing & Production Times

All orders are typically processed and printed within 2–7 business days.

Orders are not processed, printed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a notification as soon as your item leaves the printing facility.
2. Free Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders, worldwide. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.
Please Note: Kingdom Throttle does not ship to the United Kingdom (UK) or Europe (EU) at this time. Any orders placed with shipping addresses to these regions will be canceled and fully refunded.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been custom-printed and handed off to our shipping partners, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time (2–7 days) + Shipping time.
4. Order Tracking
The moment your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way from our print facility to your front door.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update once the label is created.
5. Crucial Shipping Details & Address Policy
To ensure your gear arrives safely and to align with our manufacturing policies, please note the following:

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because our system is automated through our print partners, we cannot change the address once production begins. If a package is lost or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of a reprint and reshipment.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and goes well past its estimated delivery date, please notify our support team at shop.kingdomthrottle@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery window. This allows us to file a claim with our printer and arrange a free replacement for you. Claims made after 30 days cannot be replaced.
